1. Controller and scope
This policy is provided by Search Bridge s.r.l. SB, tax code and VAT no. 04313431209, with registered office in Bologna, Via Del Giacinto 32, email privacy@searchbridge.ai, certified email (PEC) searchbridgesrl@pec.it (the “Controller”), pursuant to art. 122 of Legislative Decree 196/2003, arts. 12 and 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and the Guidelines on cookies and other tracking tools of 10 June 2021 issued by the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali). It applies to the website https://www.searchbridge.ai/ (the “Site”) and to the platform https://intelligence.searchbridge.ai/ (the “Platform”). The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
2. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that the Site or the Platform sends to the user's device, where they are stored and then sent back on subsequent visits. Other technologies, such as the browser's local storage (localStorage), serve a similar purpose. Cookies may be session cookies (deleted when the browser is closed) or persistent cookies (kept until an expiry date), first-party (set by the Controller) or third-party (set by other parties).
3. Categories of cookies used
Technical cookies
These are necessary for the Site and the Platform to function (for example authentication, security and storing preferences). They do not require the user's consent and cannot be disabled through the banner; they can be blocked through the browser, which may limit functionality.
Analytics cookies
They collect aggregate information on the use of the Site (pages visited, traffic sources) for statistical and improvement purposes. They are set only with prior consent.
Third-party functionality cookies
They make it possible to integrate third-party services into the pages of the Site (for example booking a demo through Calendly). Where not strictly necessary, they are set only with prior consent.
Profiling cookies
These are cookies intended to create user profiles in order to send personalised advertising messages. As at the date of this policy, the Controller does not use profiling cookies. Before any such use, this policy will be updated and the user's consent will be requested.
4. List of cookies and tracking technologies
The list is generated by the scan carried out through the Cookie-Script Consent Management Platform on the Site and on the Platform, including pages accessible after authentication and payment pages, as at the date of the last update.

4.2 Platform (intelligence.searchbridge.ai)
Authentication to the Platform does not use cookies: access tokens are stored in the browser's local storage (keys “authToken” and “refreshToken”) and sent to the server only in Platform requests. They are strictly necessary and do not require consent.
Payment takes place on the checkout page hosted by Stripe (checkout.stripe.com), to which the user is redirected. Any cookies set by Stripe Payments Europe Limited on that page are governed by Stripe's policy (stripe.com/cookies-policy).

No other cookies or analytics tools are used on the Platform.
4.3 Local storage (localStorage)
The Site uses the browser's local storage for two technical items (keys “setItem” and “theme”), which are strictly necessary for operation (light/dark theme preference and other display preferences). They do not require prior consent. The Platform also uses local storage for authentication tokens and for user preferences (language, theme, selected role and brand).
4.4 Social network plugins
The Site integrates the LinkedIn plugin (LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company / LinkedIn Corporation). When the user interacts with the relevant button, the provider may receive information and link it to the user's account, in accordance with its own policy. The link to LinkedIn is a simple link: it does not load LinkedIn content or set cookies until the user opens it.
5. How to give, refuse or change consent
On the first visit, the banner allows the user to accept all cookies, reject them all (with an action as simple as accepting) or choose by category. Consent is not required for technical cookies. Continuing to browse without interacting with the banner does not constitute consent. The user may change or withdraw their choices at any time through the “Manage cookie preferences” link in the footer of the Site, as easily as they were given. The Controller keeps a record of the choices expressed through the CMP. Consent is renewed after 6 months, or earlier if the processing conditions change.
6. How to disable cookies in the browser
The user can manage or delete cookies in their browser settings; disabling technical cookies may prevent some features from working properly. Instructions: Google Chrome (support.google.com/chrome/answer/95647), Mozilla Firefox (support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/Cookies), Apple Safari (support.apple.com/en-gb/guide/safari/sfri11471), Microsoft Edge (support.microsoft.com/en-gb/microsoft-edge), Opera (help.opera.com/en/latest/web-preferences/#cookies).
7. Transfers of data to non-EU countries
Third-party cookies set by Google LLC and Cloudflare Inc. involve transfers of personal data to the United States of America, based on the European Commission's adequacy decision (EU) 2023/1795 of 10 July 2023 (EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework), under which both providers are certified, as is Calendly (including through Cloudflare), as verified on the official register on 2 October 2026. For LinkedIn, the transfer connected with the plugin described in section 4.4 is based on the Standard Contractual Clauses and not on the DPF. Further information is available in the providers' policies: Google (policies.google.com/privacy), Cloudflare (cloudflare.com/privacypolicy), Calendly (calendly.com/legal/privacy-notice), Cookie-Script (cookie-script.com/privacy-policy), LinkedIn (linkedin.com/legal/privacy-policy), Stripe (stripe.com/it/privacy).
8. Rights of the data subject
The user may exercise the rights provided for in arts. 15-22 GDPR and lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali), as set out in the Privacy Policy, by writing to privacy@searchbridge.ai.
9. Updates
This policy is up to date as at 2 October 2026. The Controller updates it whenever the cookies used change; previous versions are kept. The Controller carries out a scan at least every six months and whenever the Site or the Platform changes significantly.
