How does AI visibility tracking work?
AI visibility tracking platform measures how AI engines describe and recommend your brand, and why.
Every week, our platform asks the questions your buyers ask, across six AI engines and the markets you sell in. It records where you appear, how you are described, and which sources shape the answer.
The analysis shown is AI-generated. Anonymised data, for illustrative purposes
What is an AI visibility tracking platform?
An AI visibility tracking platform measures how a brand appears inside AI-generated answers: whether assistants mention it, where it ranks against competitors, how it is described, and which sources the model drew on. Search Bridge does this across three tracking layers, Competitive, Deep and Technical, then turns the findings into prioritised Activations.

Three layers of tracking intelligence
Competitive Tracking: where you stand
Visibility share against competitors, on the questions buyers ask.
You define intents. An intent is a real buying scenario rather than a keyword, such as “comparing CRM software for mid-market teams”. The platform expands each intent into 10 question variations a real user might type. Those questions run against every configured engine and market, and the answers are read as rankings.
Three rules make the data usable
What it measures
The position weighting is published rather than hidden. A brand scores (total brands in the ranking − position + 1), and zero when it is absent. Share of AI Visibility is the sum of your scores divided by the sum of all brands’ scores.
Deep Tracking: why AI says it
Inside the knowledge graph, at entity level.
Competitive Tracking tells you that you are missing. Deep Tracking tells you what AI actually knows about you, and it works even when your brand appears in no ranking at all.
The Brand Perception Module scores six core KPIs from 0 to 100, against industry-calibrated benchmarks.
The six core KPIs
Six KPIs is where every brand starts. Preset Modules add their own on top, covering Sustainability, Heritage and Craftsmanship, Product Innovation, Customer Experience, Thought Leadership and more. Custom Modules let you define the dimension yourself. A flagship product, a single market, a new collection, a service line, or any KPI your business treats as strategic. No fixed metric set decides what matters to your brand.
Technical Tracking: can AI read you?
A site can be perfect for humans and unreadable to machines.
A crawler analyses your domain from an AI system’s point of view. It returns one score from 0 to 100, broken into three scored areas, with the full list of issues found.
Every issue becomes a technical Activation with a description your developers can act on.
Source Intelligence explained
A number with no evidence behind it is an opinion. When a KPI moves, the platform records the reasons the models gave and the URLs they drew on. Those are filed as strengths or weaknesses you can open and read.
Source Intelligence classifies every source behind an answer
Underneath sits a knowledge graph. Every run writes the scores, the positive and negative reasons behind them, and the source URLs, as connected nodes. Activations link to the specific negative reasons they are meant to resolve. When a score improves, the platform knows which work moved it. That is what makes the intelligence compound month over month, for your brand, inside your isolated database.
From tracking to Activations
Configured to your market, not to a template.
Every tier runs all three tracking layers. What changes is breadth: how many engines, markets, intents and Modules, and how much of the AI Experts Team comes with it.
Engine coverage expands on request, and follows consumer adoption. The picture stays current instead of being tied to one assistant.
European by construction.
Search Bridge is headquartered in Bologna and built inside the European regulatory framework from day one. ISO 27001 certified. GDPR-native. AI Act Ready. A Benefit Corporation by charter. European data stays in European infrastructure, and each brand’s intelligence sits in its own isolated database, never pooled.
For enterprise marketing teams putting brand and customer data into a new category of tool, that is a procurement conversation that ends early.
